Know what you’re paying in advance – by choosing a Fixed Fee Solicitor
One of the main concerns that people have when they need to instruct a solicitor is the cost. The uncertainty involved with how long your case will take, how many hours work you will be charged for and the ‘additional fees’ that may be added on top.
It can be a minefield – and a very lucrative one for the solicitor. Here at Rupert Hills, the Fixed Fee Solicitors we think a little differently.
What types of legal matters are covered by Rupert Hills – The Fixed Fee Solicitor?
What most solicitors won’t tell you…
In most cases we already know how long your case will take and therefore we have a number of fixed fee legal packages that cover the types of issues that you might come to us with. Each of these has a fixed price that will NEVER change – even if your case runs a little longer.
As you might expect, there are some legal matters that are not straightforward and these will be quoted on a cases by case basis.
Wills – From as little as £200
Divorces – from just £450
Powers of Attorney – from £350
Probate of Estates (simple) – from £1250
Note: these prices do not include VAT and may incur further disbursement fees – such as court application fees and land registry searches. Do not worry, all will be discussed and agreed with you before and any fees are incurred.
