We start on the basis of total peace of mind. Before you decide to work together with us, you will receive a breakdown of the cost of that work. This quotation will include agreed staged payments, upfront costs and what your final payment will be.
You are completely aware of the timing of every payment, making it easier for you to budget.
Many legal practices will introduce you to their partners, who will talk you through the process. However, when it comes to the work being carried out it is often passed on to a paralegal – someone who is not fully qualified and who is paid poorly.
Despite this, you are charged at the “partner rate”.
You can be assured that all of the work undertaken on your behalf is carried out by Rupert Hills and by him only. You will meet Rupert to discuss your case, he will talk through your options and help you to understand the process. Then he will carry out all of the work required.
The only other person you will deal with is Rupert’s wife Claire who takes care of the administrative side of the business.
